Details
Acetyl-ACTH (1–17) is a fragment of the ACTH hormone, which stimulates the adrenal cortex and the secretion of glucocorticoids such as cortisol. Acetyl-ACTH (1–17) is an agonist of the melanocortin-1 and 3 receptors (K1 = 0.205 ± 0.042 and 42,5 ± 5,5 nmol/L respectively).
