Details
DL-APNE (or NAPNE), a chromogenic substrate for chymotrypsin and microbial serine proteases, e.g. subtilisin. It is also hydrolyzed by cathepsin G. NAPNE was used by Yakoby and Raskin to determine the inhibitory activity of trypsin and chymotrypsin.
