TLQP-21

TLQP-21 is a VGF-derived peptide that increases energy expenditure and prevents the early phase of diet-induced obesity. TLQP-21 is supposed to exert its effects by stimulating autonomic activation of adrenal medulla and adipose tissues. TLQP-21 also plays a central and local role in the regulation of rat gastric motor functions.
