HCV Envelope 2 (e2) Protein Fragments

These two peptides are derived from the envelope 2 protein of hepatitis C virus found in human sera from persons with antibodies to HCV. HCV-1 (484-499) and HCV-1 (554-569) represent the two major antigenic regions of the e2 protein which are partly well conserved within the described types of HCV.
