Thromboxane Synthase
Tü-300 detects native thromboxane synthase. The antigen is found in thrombocytes and within the cytoplasm of cells of the monocytic / phagocytic cell system, in lymphoid organs, and in the interstitial tissues of any organ system. The antibody can be used to detect the antigen in smears, isolated cells, human frozen tissue sections, and for affinity purification of the enzyme. Not for use in Western Blots.
