MHC class II

ER-TR3, ER-TR2 and ER-TR1 are useful for detecting MHC class II antigens encoded by the murine Ia region of the H-2 complex. These antibodies are therefore valuable tools for studying T-helper cell interactions with class II positive antigen presenting cells (dendritic cells, B-cells, macrophages). They also offer new possibilities for studying the development of T-helper cells as it has been shown that they also stain stromal cells in the thymus. Neither one shows cross reactivity with the human species.
