CDw93
X-2 recognizes a 110 kD O-sialoglycoprotein on human granulocytes, monocytes and endothelial cells. Upon differentiation of cultivated monocytes into macrophages CDw93 ceases to be expressed on day 5-6, which makes it a very useful marker to differentiate those two cell populations. For human cells and tissue samples.
