SASRIN™- Resin Linked Fmoc-Amino Acids
SASRIN™ (= Super Acid Sensitive ResIN, D-1295 and D-2440) was developed in our laboratories especially for Fmoc solid phase synthesis (EP 0 292 729; US Pat. 4,831,084; US Pat. 4,914,151; SASRIN™ is a registered trademark of Bachem). Its high acid lability enables the cleavage and isolation of fully protected peptide fragments.
